Mandy Kao is the co-owner of Titan Management, a real estate development, investment and management company. She is active volunteer in the community and is the Founder of the Mandy Kao Foundation. Its mission is to give a helping hand to the homeless and refugee population by offering scholarships, and matching grants to organizations that serve the group. She is the PR chair of the Asian American Business Council. Their goal is to help promote the Bellaire district. And keeping the area safe is their number one priority.
